How to ask
- Email TO FILL: support email address from any address, with the subject "Delete my account".
- Include the mobile number you log in with, so we can find your account.
- We confirm the request with a one-time code sent to that number, then delete the account within 30 days and tell you when it is done.
What we delete
- Your name, email address, profile photo and saved addresses.
- Your favourites, cart and app settings.
- For delivery partners and stores: uploaded documents that the law does not require us to keep.
What we keep, and for how long
- Records of past orders and payments, including invoices, for 8 years, as Indian tax and accounting law requires.
- Records needed to resolve an open complaint, refund or legal claim, until it is closed.
These records are kept securely and are not used to market to you.
