These terms apply when you use the Entice apps or this website. Entice is operated by TO FILL: legal business name exactly as on the Razorpay KYC, TO FILL: registered or operating address with PIN code ("Entice", "we", "us"). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.
1. What Entice does
Entice is a platform that connects customers with independent restaurants and meat shops ("stores") and arranges delivery by delivery partners. Each store prepares, packs and is responsible for the food and meat it sells, including its quality, hygiene and compliance with food safety law. Entice is responsible for the platform, for taking payment and refunds, and for arranging delivery.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or over and give a mobile number you own, verified by a one-time code.
- Keep your phone secure; orders placed from your account are treated as yours.
- We may suspend an account used for fraud, abuse of delivery partners or stores, or repeated false complaints.
3. Orders and prices
- Prices are set by stores and shown in rupees, with the delivery fee, platform fee and taxes, before you pay. See Pricing.
- An order is confirmed when the store accepts it. A store may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock; you are then refunded in full.
- Meat is sold by weight. The net weight shown is the weight after cleaning and cutting; small variations can occur.
- Pictures in the app are for illustration; the description, weight and options you choose are what you buy.
4. Payment
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Cash on delivery is available only where shown. You agree to pay the full amount shown when you place the order.
5. Delivery, cancellation and refunds
Delivery is described in the Shipping and Delivery Policy, and cancellations and refunds in the Cancellation and Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
6. Stores and delivery partners
Stores must hold and keep valid FSSAI licences and follow food safety law. Delivery partners must hold a valid driving licence and vehicle documents. Additional terms for stores and delivery partners are agreed when they join.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse Entice: no fraudulent orders or payments, no attempts to break into or overload our systems, and no abusive behaviour towards stores, delivery partners or our staff.
8. Liability
We work to keep Entice available and accurate but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
